Cancellation Policy

We work by appointment only. We offer same day appointments based on availability, which must be scheduled online. We require an electronic consent form to be completed prior to your appointment for all clients. All appointments must be confirmed and verified and will not automatically be accepted. Please wait for the confirmation email to receive any pertinent information. We understand that sometimes life happens. Rescheduling your appointment must be done online at least two days prior to your scheduled appointment (48 hours). Please click the link from the email or text confirmation you received at the time of booking, or from the reminder that you received prior to your appointment. No rescheduling or messages will be accepted from any other form of contact other than email or through our online booking site. If you need to get in touch with us, please contact us via email. A deposit is required at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit when scheduling any appointment with us. Deposits are transferable, however they are non-refundable once paid. When clients miss their appointment, change their mind last minute, or arrive late, it costs both of us money and time that could have been used serving another client. The deposit is there to ensure that you have done your research and are committed to receive this service. By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to all of the policies herein. Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 48 hours will result in you losing 50% of your deposit, and another full deposit will be required to rebook with us. Any remaining funds will be applied towards the future appointment. Arriving to your scheduled appointment 15 or more minutes late is the same as a late reschedule and will be treated as such regarding the deposit. Any No Shows will result in a 100% loss of the deposit, you will be required to pay in full before you're allowed to reschedule, and No Showing twice will terminate our client relationship.
